Program and age notices¶
The tracker flags, but never blocks. Notices appear on the expense form, in the log table and under Program and age notices on the Overview.
Program¶
Each line in the category tree carries the programs that offer it (the intersection of the category's, type's and detail's program_types from the catalog export). A student's chip on a line is struck through when their program doesn't include it, and an expense logged for that student on that line gets a red notice.
The tree's Show lines for filter hides lines none of your students' programs offer (default), shows one student's lines, or everything.
Age¶
Age is approximated as the school-year start minus the birth year. These are guidelines drawn from the line names, not SUFS rules:
