SUFS Expense Tracker¶
A tracker for Step Up For Students reimbursements (FES-UA and the other SUFS programs). It mirrors the reimbursement form's Category › Type › Detail tree so you can record, line by line, what your family uses, what you submit routinely, what you've ruled out and what still needs checking; log expenses against those lines; and see what's left to submit before each deadline.

The standalone tracker
A single page that keeps everything in your browser. Nothing to sign in to.

A shared tracker on a server
You sign in, and the people in your account see the same tracker on every device.

Installing, managing logins, backups, upgrades, and the API.
What this is not
The tracker is a private bookkeeping aid. It does not submit anything to SUFS, and its program and age notices are guidelines drawn from the catalog and birth years, not SUFS rulings. Always check the SUFS handbook and site before relying on a date or an eligibility call.
