Export a file as a backup, to open in a spreadsheet or SQLite tool, or to move your data into the offline copy of this tracker. Import a file exported from either copy.
The .json file is the complete record: decisions, log, students and the list of attached files (not their contents). The .zip holds that .json plus every attached receipt and report, and is the backup to keep once you attach files. The .sqlite file has tables status, log, file, meta and form_line (the full category list) plus a log_readable view, for any SQLite tool; making or reading one loads a SQLite library from the internet the first time. The .csv is the expense log for a spreadsheet and can't be imported back. Import accepts .json, .sqlite, or a .zip holding either (with its files).
Programs: FES-UA Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities · FES-EO FES for Educational Options · FTC Florida Tax Credit Scholarship · PEP Personalized Education Program.
The category list comes from your exported catalog: 30 categories, 91 types, 383 lines, each tagged with the programs that offer it. Your export appears to come from a FES-UA account, so every category in it is offered to FES-UA. It can tell when a line is not offered under another program, but lines that exist only for FES-EO, FTC or PEP aren't in it. One type under Instructional Material was hidden by the SUFS API and isn't shown.
This is the offline copy: it saves in this browser's local storage. Export a file to back up or move your data; import it into another copy of this page.
